BLOWZER community

This notice covers BLOWZER challenges and product registration on this website, operated by Sabrent ("we").

What we collect

  • When you enter a challenge: your email, the name you want shown, the link to your public post, where you used the product, an optional caption, and your consent choices.
  • When you register a product: your email, name, order number, purchase date and store, an optional serial number, and whether you want news from us.
  • From the public post you link: its title, author name and thumbnail, which we read from the platform's public preview service to check the entry.
  • Security data: a bot check by Cloudflare Turnstile, and standard server logs (IP address, browser) kept for security.

How we use it

  • To review entries, send gift cards and prizes, run the judging, and email you about your entry.
  • To record your product registration and warranty, and to match a serial number to its production batch.
  • To show your video in our gallery and on our channels — only if you ticked that box.
  • To send news and challenges — only if you opted in. Every such email lets you opt out.

Who we share it with

  • Service providers that run this site for us: Fly.io (hosting and database), Cloudflare (network, bot check, email delivery) and our rewards provider for gift cards and prizes, which collects tax information (Form W-9) from prize winners directly.
  • We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context advertising.
  • We may disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Challenge entries are kept for 2 years after the challenge ends; product registrations for the warranty period plus 1 year; tax records as the law requires.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent to showing your video, by emailing privacy@sabrent.com. California residents have the rights described in the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete and correct; we do not sell or share personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Children

Challenges are open to adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
