These are the settings the three designs were made for, from their files in the MODS library. All three are fit-checked digitally (checked against the product CAD) and, as far as our record shows, not yet test-printed. If you print one, post your printer, material and how it fits below.

    Desk Dock (v6, pack v1.3)

    • Orientation: base underside on the bed, logo facing up
    • Material: PLA or PETG · layer 0.2 mm · nozzle 0.4 mm · 3 walls · infill 20–30 %
    • Supports: none — the two 0.8 mm lugs inside each Ø32.8 bore print as short bridges
    • Scale: 100 % — do not scale, the grip pocket stops fitting
    • Size 190 × 100 × 44 mm, about 124 g PLA at 30 % infill (181.6 cm³ — 20 % less than v4's 221.7)
    • Logo face up so the recessed wordmark prints clean. Rubber feet optional (4 × Ø10 recesses).
    • Nozzle seats: the cups are gone. Each of the four seats is a copy of the BLOWZER's own nozzle mount — a Ø32.8 bore with two lugs under a flat 3 mm seat — so a spare nozzle drops on with its notches over the lugs, pushes down and twists about a quarter turn clockwise until it stops: locked. Twist back to release. Verified against the factory nozzle CAD (pull-out blocked when locked, free at the entry angle); 0.6 mm grip clearance.

    Wall Mount (v3)

    • Orientation: back plate (wall side) on the bed
    • Material: PLA · layer 0.2 mm · nozzle 0.4 mm · 3 walls · infill 25–30 %
    • Supports: none
    • Scale: 100 % — do not scale
    • Hardware: 2 × #8 (4 mm) wall screws; keyholes Ø9 head / 4.5 × 9 slot at 110 mm spacing
    • Size 80 × 161 × 46.85 mm, about 73 g PLA at 30 % infill
    • Fit check: 0.6 mm grip clearance, barrel rest pad 0.77 mm off the barrel flat.

    Magnet Puck (v1)

    • Orientation: round back plate on the bed, magnet side down
    • Material: PLA · layer 0.2 mm · nozzle 0.4 mm · 3 walls · infill 25–30 %
    • Supports: none — the pocket's inner face prints as a 52 mm bridge, turn bridging on
    • Scale: 100 % — do not scale
    • Hardware: 6 × neodymium disc magnets Ø8 × 3 mm (N42), dropped into the Ø8.2 × 3.2 pockets and fixed with a drop of superglue
    • Size 80 × 80 × 42 mm, about 38 g PLA at 30 % infill
    • The holding force (about 6 kg on thick steel for six N42 discs) is a calculation, not a measurement.
