Two wall holders for the BLOWZER X6, designed by the BLOWZER team in SolidWorks 2026. The X6 hangs grip-down in a holster; the four spare nozzles lock onto bayonet seats and point out of the wall (the fifth nozzle stays on the X6). Files, print settings and the full instructions are on the two MODS pages — STL (print-ready), STEP (exact CAD for remixing) and the renders.
Wall Mount — Rail — the X6 at the left, four nozzles in a row to the right. 330 × 100 mm plate, about 150 g. Wall Mount — Column — the X6 at the bottom, four nozzles stacked above it. 70 × 380 mm plate, about 127 g.
The lock
The seats are a copy of the X6's own nozzle mount: a Ø32.8 bore with two lugs. Push a nozzle on with its notches over the lugs, twist about a quarter turn clockwise until it stops — locked, it cannot fall off the wall. Twist back to release. Proven on the factory CAD: pull-out blocked when locked, free at the entry angle.
Printing
Both STLs are already oriented: wall face on the bed, holster and seat bosses up, no supports (every bore is vertical). PLA or PETG (PETG if the wall gets warm), 0.2 mm layers, 3 walls, 20–30 % infill, a brim if your PLA lifts at the corners. The bed must fit the plate — Rail 330 mm, Column 380 mm — or print on the bed's diagonal if your slicer confirms; the STEP is included to split a plate in your CAD. Do not scale.
Mounting
Two keyholes per mount (Ø9 head opening below, 4.5 mm slot above): two pan-head screws with heads ≤ 9 mm and shanks ≤ 4.5 mm (#8 / M4 wood screws into wall anchors), heads about 5 mm proud of the wall; hang the plate over the heads and let it drop. Rail: keyholes 247 mm apart, both 50 mm above the plate's centre line — mark them with the plate held level. Column: 60 mm apart on the centre line. The charging cable passes through the slot in the holster floor and hangs straight down, so the X6 can stay plugged in on the wall.
Honest note — v1, first print round
These are CAD-verified and not yet printed by us: the holster depth assumes the barrel's flat side against the plate. If you print one, reply below with Show your print — printer, material, how the X6 and the nozzles fit — and we fold what you find into v2.
Files and licence
Everything is free under the community pack licence (personal and commercial accessories allowed; never for reproducing the X6 itself): the full text is on each MODS page. Five interchangeable nozzles come with the X6; both mounts hold the four spares.
